Heath Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your service when making your spa reservation.

Loss or damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. Keep all valuables close to you. For added comfort and for the protection of your clothing, we recommend that you wear the provided gown and slippers.

Admission

We reserve the right to deny admission to people under the influence of alcohol or other substances, as well as behavior that is contrary to the integrity of the staff or the facilities of the service.

Etiquette

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the right to privacy and serenity of all spa guests.

Reservations and Puntuality

We recommend booking in advance; a 50% deposit is required. We ask that you arrive 15 min before, as your treatment will end at the agreed time as a token of respect for the next appointment. All reservations have a 10 minute tolerance. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 5 hours before the appointment to cancel it without any extra charge; otherwise, 50% of the service will be charged.
