Heath Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your service when making your spa reservation. Your well-being is our priority and will help personalize your experience safely.

Loss or damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. Keep all valuables close to you. For added comfort and for the protection of your clothing, we recommend that you wear the provided gown and slippers.

Admission

We reserve the right to deny entry to people under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Any client who acts in a disrespectful manner or engages in inappropriate behavior, such as attempting unsolicited physical contact with our staff, will be immediately expelled and prohibited from future access to the spa. In these cases, no refund will be granted.

Etiquette

The atmosphere of our spa is one of tranquility and relaxation. To preserve this environment, we ask that conversations be kept to a low voice and that mobile devices be turned off before entering the treatment area.

Reservations and Puntuality

We recommend booking in advance; a 50% deposit is required. We ask that you arrive 15 min before, as your treatment will end at the agreed time as a token of respect for the next appointment. All reservations have a 10 minute tolerance. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 5 hours before the appointment to cancel it without any extra charge; otherwise, 50% of the service will be charged.
